An article should not be chaotic. When writing an article some steps have to followed in order to achieve an organized body of information.
The first step is to choose a topic which is specific; this means that topic should not be vast and general like “what the meaning of life?” or “the organization of time”. A specific topic should contain the main idea that points out to s very narrower and well determined issue that one attempts to investigate. Examples of specific topics might include “The impacts of the last civil war on education in Syria” and “Why the Moroccan government does not take seriously integration of Tamazight in educational system?”. When your topic is well specific, it shows that you know what you are talking about, and it helps organize your ideas. Nevertheless, if you chose a wide general topic, you have to realize that there are many perspectives from which you can analyze it, and you can say whatever you want; which will certainly lead to destruction of readers’ thinking.

The second step is that you need to follow a structure while you present your ideas. For instance, most of articles and essays begin with and an introductory paragraph which introduce the topic and highlights the main questions the article tends to answer. Then the body, which in turn is composed of many paragraphs, and each paragraph is composed of topic sentence and supporting details as well as responses to the counterpart arguments about that topic of the paragraph. Moreover, while you write you paragraphs you need to respect grammar and punctuation as well as to choose a most relevant vocabulary. However, the body is the longest part in the essay and it is the core where you study the topic and you answer the issues you already introduced in the introduction.
The third step is to write a concluding paragraph in which you sum up the results of your analysis in the topic. In addition, the conclusion has to be general without any specific details and it should summarizes what has been investigated in the body.
The final step is to review your article, and re-read it and offer a copy to someone to read it and give his opinion. This step aims to make the arguments more strong and make the necessary modifications that would make the essay good and relevant.
However, one should recognize that behind good essays there are some hidden dimensions that affect the whole thing. For instance, in order for the article to be more relevant and better answers the main issue, one has to read literature related to the topic, and has a good level in language. People learn from their experiences on the ground more than they learn in other ways; and as much as you experience a topic you become expert in it and you deserve to write about it more than the one who has nothing to do with it.
